These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ShotCapsule application (the "App") provided by Dagoo ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law; (b) rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App; or (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App helps you review and delete your own screenshots. You are solely responsible for deciding what to delete. Deletions are performed through Apple's Photos system and items typically move to "Recently Deleted" for about 30 days; after that they may be permanently removed by iOS. We are not responsible for any loss of photos resulting from your deletions.
The App, its design, and content (excluding your photos) are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or photos, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach them. You may terminate by deleting the App.
You acknowledge that:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Dagoo is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. If you are a consumer in the European Union — or in any other region with mandatory consumer-protection laws — nothing in these Terms takes away the protections that those laws guarantee you.
We may update these Terms; the current version is posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
